The score explores Barads notion of entanglement as foundational where ‘What we know is directly entangled with the way in which we know it’ (Barad). In this work I change the way in which we perceive sound as an auditory phenomenon to a tactile one which we feel with our hands; the physical nature of sound as vibration made more perceptible with the aid of a balloon. Originally an exercise for my dissertation, I have re-presented it as an instructional score.
